Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing Inspects Repair and Renovation of damaged Hluttaw Buildings affected by the Earthquake

Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by the Council Secretary and members, inspected repair and renovation of damaged Hluttaw buildings affected by the Mandalay earthquake in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on 25 May.

The Senior General viewed round damaged parts at the suspension bridge and the archway to No (1) Gate, the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw building, the Pyithu Hluttaw building, Zabuthiri Hall, and the Amyotha Hluttaw building. The Senior General then gave the instructions to the officials to carry out systematic renovation at damaged Hluttaw buildings as quickly as possible and to complete repair process in a set period. He also gave guidance to the officials to deploy relevant skilled technicians in construction tasks for strengthening the building and, use quality construction materials, it is reported.
