Generous Donors Present Cash Assistance in hailing 80th Anniversary Armed Forces Day

In hailing the 80th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day, a ceremony of presenting cash assistance by the generous donors took place at Hsinbyushin Hall of the Nay Pyi Taw Interrogation and Accommodation Camp on 21 March, with the attendance of Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Kyaw Swar Lin, Adjutant-General Lt-Gen Soe Min Oo, Chair of the Committee on Organizing Armed Forces Day Chief of the Armed Forces Training Lt-Gen Htein Win and officials. During the ceremony:

• The generous donors presented K28.1953 billion of cash assistance through the Chair of the Armed Forces Day Organizing Committee and officials, who returned honourable certificates.
• On behalf of the donors, a generous donor gave explanation of such donation while the Chair of the Armed Forces Day Organizing Committee spoke words of thanks.

After the event, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Kyaw Swar Lin, the Chair of the Armed Forces Day Organizing Committee, and officials warmly conversed with the attendees, reports say.
