Passing out Parades and Dinners organized in Regional Military Commands, marking the Completion of the 8th Batch of People’s Military Servant Training

Every citizen is under a duty to safeguard Our Three Main National Causes: non-disintegration of the Union; non-disintegration of national solidarity and perpetuation of sovereignty, so the People’s Military Service Law came into force starting 10 February 2024 and every citizen needs to undergo military training and serve in the armed forces to defend the State. As such, the good citizens, who are willing to serve national defence and security duties, do enlist and attend military training on their own accord.

On 28 February, passing out parades for the 8th Batch of People’s Military Servant Training were organized at the military training depots in regional military commands. The events were attended by Nay Pyi Taw Council Chair, Chief Ministers of regions and states, respective commanders of military commands and other officials.

Relevant commandants presented awards to outstanding trainees. Later in the evening, dinners were served to celebrate the passing out parade for the 8th Batch of People’s Military Servant trainees at the respective training depots.

The People’s Military Servants who completed such military trainings have gained the organizational working habits in order. With the full nationalism, patriotism, organizational spirit and comradeship, they will be proudly serving at the assigned military units for national defence and security duties.

The training course covered various training modules such as physical fitness, military parade activity, theory and practice of small arms and military tactics, battlefield engineering, battlefield administration and general matters, reports say.
