Ministry of Health Appoints 1,775 Fresher Nurses

A ceremony of giving orders of appointment to fresher nurses was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Health on 24 December via hybrid format.

          During the ceremony, Union Minister Dr, Thet Khaing Win said that the newly appointed nurses are to provide the public with healthcare services and need to follow professional ethics in addition to full skills and competency.

          A total of new 1,775 nurses who have got diploma in nursing-midwife training courses from Nay Pyi Taw, other regions and states were appointed during the ceremony. In October this year, 154 fresher nurses who had got Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Diploma in Dental Health had been appointed, reports say.
