Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and Union Civil Service Board Chair U Aung Thaw received Mr Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador of Belarus to Myanmar separately at relevant ministries on 4 December.
During the calls, they discussed the following matters:
- Celebration of commemorative events marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Myanmar-Belarus diplomatic ties, expansion of bilateral cooperation in various sectors including trade, economic, social, cultural and tourism sectors, and deepening cooperation through regional and international organizations.
Also present were Union Civil Service Board member U Kyaw Myo Htut and officials, other representatives from Embassy of Belarus, it is reported.
