Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing Receives Hanoi-based Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar

Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received H.E. Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou, Hanoi-based Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar, at the parlour of the SAC Chairman’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw on 4 December. The Senior General is accompanied by SAC Joint-Secretary General Ye Win Oo, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and officials.

During the meeting, cordial discussions were made as follows:

• Further promotion of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries;
• Enhancement of diplomatic relations and trade, increased cooperation in various sectors including education, agriculture and livestock sectors; and
• Sending of scholarship students to study science and technology, and further cooperation in defence measures.

Later, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and the Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar exchanged commemorative gifts and had a documentary photo taken.
