- As tyres are imported due to domestic demand spending foreign currencies, people buy it at high prices. Locally produced tyres must be sold at fair prices to people.
- It is necessary to do research on market requirements and types of common use tyres in the market in order to seek more market shares at home and abroad.
- Efforts must be made for production of high-quality tyres at home and raise rubber products. The Senior General then presented cash awards for the staff of the factory through an official.
Tyre Factory (Ywama) manufactures Tri Star brand tyres and exports them to foreign countries. Tyres from the factory are the favourite of users in foreign markets due to their high quality. According to the research, Tri Star brand tyres are of higher quality than imported ones. People can purchase Tri Star brand tyres at fair prices.

- The undertaking of the multi-agriculture and livestock farms in Yangon Region aims to provide plentiful meat, fish and vegetables to more than seven million people or nearly eight million population of the region at fair prices.
- It needs to sell these products to Tatmadaw members and State service personnel at reduced prices more than street prices as well as to people at fair prices.
- In particular, it must contribute to the welfare of low-income people from factories.
- Emphasis must be placed on the sale of essential basic foodstuffs at reduced prices. It needs to expand the breeding of broilers, layers and layer ducks.
