A delegation led by H.E. Mr. Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov, Head of Russia’s Buryatia Republic, arrived in Yangon on 12 November. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional ministers, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov and officials, concerned officials from the Ministry of Border Affairs, and students of the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College welcomed the delegation at Yangon International Airport.
In the evening, the Yangon Region Chief Minister hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation led by H.E. Mr. Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov at the Lotte Hotel, reports say.
