Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy, and Air) General Maung Maung Aye Receives Senior Colonel Qu Zhe, Chinese Military Attache’ to Myanmar

Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy, and Air) General Maung Maung Aye received a delegation led by Senior Colonel Qu Zhe, Chinese Military Attache’ to Myanmar, at the Bayintnaung Villa’s reception hall in Nay Pyi Taw on 26 September. During the meeting, they cordially discussed the points as follows:

• Improvement of friendly relations between the armed forces of the two countries;
• Joint military training and further collaboration in defence.

Also present at the meeting were senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and officials from Chinese Military Attache’ to Myanmar, it is reported.
