Chairman of State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Wife Visit Local Military Hospital and General Hospital in PyinOoLwin Station

Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, wife and party visited the Local Military Hospital and General Hospital in PyinOoLwin Station on 23 and 24 September.

The Senior General and party:

• On arrival at the Local Military Hospital, the Senior General cordially comforted Tatmadaw members receiving medical treatments for their injuries suffered while serving duties of stability, security, and rule of law for the State, fulfilling their needs, and presenting foodstuffs. After asking officials about the hospital’s requirements, the senior general attended to their needs.

The wife of the Senior General, Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, and party also visited the PyinOoLwin General Hospital as follows:

• They provided lunch meals to residents receiving medical treatments at the General Hospital in PyinOoLwin and presented cash donations for the hospital to the medical superintendent. She also comforted patients at the maternity and child wards.
• On arrival at the Local Military Hospital, Daw Kyu Kyu Hla cordially consoled the patients in the maternity and child wards and presented foodstuffs. She also donated lunch meals for Tatmadaw members and families receiving medical treatments at the hospital and cash donations for the hospital through the commandant. She also observed the consumption of midday meals by the officers and soldiers in the hospital’s nutrition division, offering support and encouragement.

Later, the Senior General and party inspected regiments, units and training depots in PyinOoLwin Station in a motorcade, and left necessary instructions.
