PDF Terrorists Wantonly Shoot at Locals travelling for farming from Kywelpon Village, Sagaing Township

NUG and CRPH terrorist groups and their subordinate PDF terrorists are wantonly committing acts of abduction, killing and torture of civilians who do not support them, arson attacks against towns and villages, launching shell attacks and drone attacks against villages and townships in the states and the regions.

• On 17 September when locals in Kywelpon village of Sagaing township of Sagaing Region were travelling for farming work by vehicles, PDF terrorists heinously fired at them who do not support the terrorists. Their attack killed 12 local women and injured three others.
• In April 2023, PDF terrorists launched a drone attack against Kywelpon village, killing eight civilians including five children and injuring 31 others.
• On 16 September when a Buddhist monk in Myittha Township of Mandalay Region travelled to Kume, PDF terrorists shot at the monk and looted one motor bike, one mobile phone and cash money. During the attack, the monk named Bhadanta Kawvida was killed with gunshot wounds and the accompanied male was got injured.
• Likewise, PDF terrorists shot at a woman to the death at her home in Hman Kin village of Sinbaungwe Township of Magway Region.

PDF terrorists are mercilessly killing innocent civilians with honest earning and monks. Thus, the locals are disgusted by the terrorist acts and cannot tolerate them any longer. Then, the locals are willfully providing necessary assistance to the Counter-Terrorism Operation by the Tatmadaw, it is reported.
