Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe Receives Mr Deng Xijun, Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China

Deputy Prime Minister Ministry of Foreign Affairs Union Minister U Than Swe Received Mr Deng Xijun, Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw on 18 June.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed matters pertaining to further enhancement of the existing “Pauk-Phaw” relations between Myanmar and China, maintenance of peace and stability along the border between the two countries, acceleration of Myanmar-China bilateral relations and the mutually beneficial cooperation in both regional and international arena, especially in ASEAN and the United Nations, reports say.
