An auspicious ceremony to offer national-level regalia vehicles to the member Sayadaws of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee (SSMNC) by the State Administration Council (SAC) of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar took place at the Wizaya Mingala Dhamma Thabin Hall on Thiri Mingala Kaba Aye Hill in Yangon Region on 9 June.
During the ceremony, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing supplicated on matters relating to the offering national-level regalia vehicles to the SSMNC member Sayadaws. He then offered regalia vehicles and offertories to the member Sayadaws. Later, members of the Sangha led by the SSMNC Chairman Thanlyin Minkyaung Sayadaw and the SAC Chairman Prime Minister sprinkled Paritta scented water on the vehicles offered to the member Sayadaws.
The ceremony was graced by the SSMNC Chairman and member Sayadaws. The SAC Chairman Prime Minister was accompanied by his entourages, Yangon Region Chief Minister, Yangon Region commander and officials.
