Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs Receives Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Mr Chen Hai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar, in Nay Pyi Taw on 30 May. They cordially discussed matters pertaining to further implementation of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, cooperation in eradicating online scam rings, maintenance of peace, stability along the Myanmar-China border area and China’s continued constructive support towards Myanmar’s economic development endeavour, as well as further enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation both at the regional and international arena, reports say.
