Those who want to establish a political party are applying to the Union Election Commission by stating the name of the party they wish to establish. To 7 March, 15 parties have applied for the right to establish a party. Out of the groups that have applied for registration, Trustees of Peace Party has been allowed to establish in accordance with the rules of the Political Parties Registration Law and Rule.
Trustees of Peace Party with the right to establish a party must apply for registration as a political party to the Commission under Rule 7 of the Registration of Political Parties Law within 30 days from the approval date. To 7 March, 12 political parties have been approved for the establishment, and the rest which applied for registration are also under scrutiny.
