Hsinphyushin Naval Vessel Returns from MILAN-2024 and 6th IMNEX Led by Indian Navy

The warship Hsinphyushin, led by Captain Zaw Oo, arrived back at No 3 Naval Jetty (Thilawa) on 6 March.

The MILAN-2024 was held from 19 to 27 February, and 13 warships, including Hsinphyushin of Myanmar and one reconnaissance aircraft, from 14 countries participated in the operation. Myanmar took part in the International Maritime Seminar with 47 other countries, the Subject Matter Expert Exchange Programme, MILAN Young Officer Interaction, harbor-based exercises, International City Parade in addition to the naval exercises with international warships.

Moreover, Myanmar took part in the 6th IMNEX held from 28 February to 2 March in the field of harbor-based exercises, bilateral naval exchange, and naval exercises with INS Kamorta (P28) of India, it is reported.
