Actions Continue against Unscrupulous Persons who Follow and Make Incitements and Propaganda of CRPH and NUG Terrorist Groups, their Subordinates and Colluded Groups

The entire population has already been informed not to follow the incitements and propaganda made by CRPH and NUG declared as terrorist groups, their subordinates and colluded groups. In spite of that, some unscrupulous persons are making incitements and propaganda to disrupt the State peace and stability via social media. Therefore, necessary actions have been taken against them in line with law. In this regard:

• From 5 to 11 September 2023, one person from Yangon Region, three from Mandalay Region, one from Sagaing Region, one from Magway Region, one from Bago Region, one from Taninthayi Region and one from Kayin State, totaling nine were arrested.
• From 27 January 2022 to 11 September 2023, legal actions were taken against a total of 1,702 people under the law.

It is reported that necessary actions will be continued against such instigators and unscrupulous persons making propaganda and instigations.
