Members of Myanmar Police Force Honoured with Cash Rewards for Participating in the Relief and Rehabilitation Activities in Rakhine State

Members of the Myanmar Police Force, who were about to leave for their respective units after making their utmost efforts in the relief and rehabilitation activities in the cyclone-affected towns and areas in Rakhine state, were honoured with cash rewards. In this regard, members of the police force were awarded honouring certificates, cash rewards and gifts by the Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htain Lin and officials at Yaychanpyin port of Sittwe township on 31 August and by the Western Command Commander and officials at the state Pyithu Hluttaw office in Sittwe township on 1 September respectively, it is reported.
