SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications Attends Ceremony to mark 76th Anniversary of Chin National Day

State Administration Council (SAC) Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Transport and Communications General Mya Tun Oo, another SAC Member, Union ministers, the Chin State Chief Minister, deputy ministers and relevant officials, attended the ceremony to mark the 76th Anniversary of Chin National Day in Haka cantonment stadium on 20 February.

At the ceremony, Chairman U Htan Mohn Khaing spoke the greeting words and the General read out the message sent by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing to the occasion. They presented supplies to the relevant officials and the agendas of Chin National Day Ceremony had come to an end.

On the occasion, the General and party comforted and presented nutritious foodstuffs to the local civilian patients in Hakha public hospital. They also provided foodstuffs to medical superintendent and the staff. They all enjoyed the camp-fire festivity to mark the Chin National Day together with Chin traditional dance troupes, following the ceremony concluded.

Then, Union Minister and party donated offertories to the members of the Sangha as a gesture of hailing the 76th Anniversary of Chin National Day on 21 February. After that, he met the town elders of Thantlang and Hakha Townships at Taungzalatt Villa in Hakha to hear reports on their social, economic, health and educational difficulties and fulfilled their needs.
