Vice-Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win Attends Opening of MSME Products Exhibition and Traditional Foods Sale to Commemorate 77th Anniversary of Union Day 2024

The opening ceremony of the MSME products exhibition and sale of traditional foods to commemorate the 77th Anniversary of the Union Day of 2024 was held at the Tabaung Field south of the Uppatasanti Pagoda in Nay Pyi Taw on 10 February, attended and cut the ribbon by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win.

Present on the occasion were SAC members, Union Ministers, the chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council, high-ranking military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, departmental officials and exhibitors from Nay Pyi Taw Council, regions and states and ethnic traditional dance troupes.

The booths on display are from the Ministry Cooperatives and Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry, Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, 14 booths from the respective regions and states, and booths from Myanmar Economic Corporation (MEC), Myanmar Economic Public Holdings Company Limited, and 19 traditional food stalls from regions and provinces including the Nay Pyi Taw Council. They are opening for sale with entertainment programs from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day from February 10 to 14.

In the evening, entertainment programmes featuring modern and traditional songs, songs for boosting national script, songs for contribution to the country and dances entertained the crowd as part of the celebration.
