Confessions of Illegal Businesses being done by AA Group

          The government has been making endeavors all round for law and order and development of the state. In contrast, AA terrorist group is making illegal drug-trafficking, which are posing a great threat to the entire mankind, including new generation of youths, in Rakhine State and other countries in the world. Again, members of AA group are committing human-trafficking for illegal immigration of Bengali people; making recruitment and providing weapons, foods and fuel oil for AA group by receiving fee under the unlawful condition.

The offenders, who contacted with brokers for illegal immigration of Bengali; bought ship for the transport of foods and fuel oil to AA group; and bought foods, as per the instructions of Min Khant in the rank of Colonel of AA group, confessed their crimes.

The full confession of Zaw Min Tun (aka) Soe Moe Lin (aka) Ko Nyi is as follows;

• I made contact with Ko Nay Myo Aung of AA terrorist group thanks to Ko Kyaw Naing living in Sittway, and Ko Yin (aka) Ko Myo Ko Ko thanks to Ko Mg Phyu living in Sittway.
• Ko Yin (aka) Ko Myo Ko Ko is familiar with Min Khant in the rank of Colonel of AA group. He has to provide fuel oil and foods for AA group.
• Under the instruction of Ko Yin (aka) Ko Myo Ko Ko, I took the lead for three ships; namely Shwe Thazin, Lamin Myitta and Ta Dine Ya. I had to transport fuel oil for AA terrorist group. At the date of purchasing those three ships, I had signed on the contract because Ko Yin (aka) Ko Myo Ko Ko and other responsible persons of AA terrorist group did not come to sign the contract. The total cost for three ships was K320 million.
• I got contact with Min Khant, who is in the rank of Colonel of AA group, thanks to Ko Myo Ko Ko. I contacted with him via Telegram channel. I met him at the post of AA group at one-mile distance from Oakpho Village, Yathedaung Township to discuss the matters related to the collection of tax from Bengali people.
• Ko Min Khant told me to report him about the information related to Bengali people who did not pay tax and made illegal immigration as well as fishing boats that did not pay tax and deserters from AA group through Telegram channel.
• I, together with Hamidula, Abdu Zawle, Nawziamauk, Ko Nay Moe Aung from Maungdaw and AA terrorist group, had committed human-trafficking for illegal immigration of Bengali people for four times.
• According to the brokers for illegal immigration of Bengali people, 200,000 kyats per one illegal immigrant of Bengali people has to be paid for tax to AA group. The motor boat, which transport Bengali people, received 700,000 kyats from them. Brokers for Bengal people receive 2 million kyats per a person. AA group collects one million kyats from one fishing boat in a fishing season.
• I got contact with a person named Ekhaya in 2023 thanks to Ko Myo Ko Ko. Ekhaya had to purchase machines and engine oil for AA terrorist group. The expenses are remitted to Ekhaya via K-Pay and Wave Money applications.
• I have to transport fuel oil and foods to Ko Nay Moe Aung after purchasing those items with the use of money collected from illegal immigrants of Bengali people. Arrangements are made by Ko Nay Moe Aung and Col. Min Khant.
• I came back to Rakhine State through jungle paths. On 29 December, Ko Yin (aka) Ko Myo Ko Ko told me to take Shwe Pwint Phyu Express Bus after getting the ticket from De Bo Win. He continued that I had to get off the bus at 5-mile before the arrival in Minbu and make contact with Ko Zaw Moe and Aba San. I was arrested on my way.
• I came back to Rakhine State from Yangon because I was worried about the risk of my mother’s life. AA terrorist group did not take any responsibility for me although they ordered me to do works for them. Thus, I was detained.

The full confession of Hla Mg Thein (aka) Bo Wine (Son of U Kyaw Hla), who is the owner of “Thar Le Swa” traditional rice noodle shop cum Rakhine singer, is as follows;

• I got contact with Zaw Min Oo in March 2019 when I started singing at the stage show established by Zaw Min Oo who is in the rank of Captain of AA group.
• I rented a house in Mandalay at the rate of 200,000 kyats per month in February 2023 as Ko Zaw Min Oo of AA group told me to do so.
• Then, Ko Zaw Min Oo contacted me again and he said, “Later, you have to transport important goods. You have to be careful not to be wrong”.
• As the relations between Ko Zaw Min Oo and I became tense, I no long lived in Mandalay. I came back to Rakhine State and ran traditional rice noodle shop named “Thar Le Swa” in Pyinmana for three months, together with Rakhine female singer Ma Yu Yu Hlaing.
• I again another traditional rice noodle shop named “Thar Le Swa” at the beginning of 31^st Street, South Okkalapa Township of Yangon Region in August 2023. But it could not make money, so I came back to Rakhine State in November to earn money as vocalist.
• Thanks to my friend Ekkhaya in Rakhine, I returned to Yangon after I made contact with Zaw Min Tun (aka) Soe Moe Lin (aka) Ko Nyi.
• As per the instruction of Zaw Min Tun (aka) Soe Moe Lin (aka) Ko Nyi, I had to check their ship how many people on the ship or whether fuel oil was stolen from the ship. Then I bought a ticket to go Minbu by Shwe Pwint Phyu Express Bus.
• On 30 December 2023, I was arrested at the traditional rice noodle shop named “Thar Le Swa” in South Okkalapa. “AA group should not destroy and employ the lives of innocent people. I am sore at heart to see the ruin of lives of innocent people”.
