Union Minister Dr. Nyunt Pe Attends Ministers’ Dialogue, AHEC 2023 Webinar

During ASEAN High Education Conference-AHEC 2023 Webinar, Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe delivered an online speech on “Government’s Role in Linking Maritime Sector and Education” for technology-based maritime trade 5.0. In his speech:

• He emphasized that nearly 90 percent of global trade is conducted through maritime transport is somehow contributing to the tourism industry and cultural exchange.
• He stressed that the government can bridge the gap between education schools and professionalism and also provide funds of support, adopt rules and regulations, curriculum development by contacting schools and sector, and also enhance technology and vocational education.

The webinar saw the participation of over 800 high-ranking officials.
