- Since October 2023, there have been ethnic armed conflicts in the northeastern region. What is happening is that they are trying to seize the power by a short cut instead of doing it to get the power in accordance with the law.
- As Tatmadaw is primarily responsible for State defence duty, organizations and individual Tatmadaw members must be ready to serve the defence duty.
- In order to serve defence duties, individuals must be physically fit and trained to be healthy and always be prepared to fight.
- It is necessary to develop the spirit of a good soldier while serving their duties, and to effectively apply the military skills that have been taught in the practical field.
- Tatmadaw members have to follow military disciplines and avoid acts harmful to individuals and the organization.
- They are required to work in a systematic manner to improve their individual success. Moreover, they need to make efforts to be a good one and good environment.
- For officers, other ranks and their families, if they constantly study and read books that can increase their knowledge, they will be able to reap benefits.
- As the Tatmadaw is encouraging the education of Tatmadaw members and their families, all are urged to encourage education.
- Tatmadaw members and families have to live in unison and dutifully serve the duties assigned by the State and Tatmadaw.
After that, the SAC Chairman Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services and wife presented foodstuffs for Tatmadaw members and families, and cash awards to the Station Maternal and Child Welfare Association through the officials.
