Efforts made to Increase Exports in the Fiscal Year of 2023-2024

In the tenure of State Administration Council Government, efforts are being made to increase exports via border trade posts and regular trade routes. During a week from 30 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, Myanmar earned the following foreign income;

  • USD 66.904 million from the export of agro-products.
  • USD 0.303 million from the export of animal products.
  • USD 14.031 million from the export of fishery products.
  • USD 3.312 million from the export of mineral products.
  • USD 1.210 million from the export of forestry products.
  • USD 120.923 million from the export of CMP products.
  • USD 27.491 million from the export of other products, totaling USD 234.174 million.

During this week, more export of fishery products via sea, air and border trade routes were made like agro-products, it is reported.
