9,239 Myanmar Workers Dispatched to South Korea via EPS System from January to November

Myanmar workers are being dispatched to South Korea through the Employment Permit System (EPS) in 2023. A total of 9,239 workers were able to dispatch from January to November 2023. The workers are officially employed in the manufacturing industry, construction and agriculture in South Korea.

The EPS system provides more overseas job opportunities, working experiences and security in South Korean for Myanmar workers. Moreover, the expenses will be low and they will get the labour benefits of South Korea according to the labour laws, it is reported.
