Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney-General Dr. Thida Oo participated in the discussions of the 13th ASEAN-China Prosecutors-General Conference held in Hanoi, Viet Nam, from 5 to 7 December. Prosecutors-general and officials from the People’s Republic of China and ASEAN nations also attended the three-day conference.
At the conference, Union Minister and Union Attorney-General Dr Thida Oo put forward the presentation titled “Transnational Organized Crimes and Strengthening International Collaboration in Combatting against Advanced Technology-assisted Crimes.”
Conference attendees exchanged views on transnational organized crimes, regional collaborations of combatting and suppressing advanced technology-assisted crimes, international collaborations, and agendas. She also conducted a bilateral talk with the PRC and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam separately, it is reported.
