Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe together with Permanent Secretary Dr. Kyaw San Win, left Yangon International Airport for Kazan on 5 June, to attend the International Forum of Education Ministers to be held from 7 to 9 June and they arrived in Kazan on 7 June.
On 7 June, Union Minister visited the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan and observed the book rental system, reading rooms, and preservation of old books. The Union Minister then visited the “Uram” sports village to view the youth practising sports and the DJ School.
The Forum will be held under the theme of “Shaping the Future” and the participants will exchange views on opportunities for shaping the future of education.
