Relief Supplies Provided to Cylonic Storm “Mocha” Victims

The Government, Tatmadaw and state and region governments have been providing cash assistance, relief supplies, medicines and foodstuffs to the storm victims facing loss and damage due to the cyclonic storm “Mocha” as follows:

• On 31 May, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San provided cash assistance and foodstuffs to the departmental staff under the ministry who were affected Cyclone “Mocha” in Rakhine State.

Afterwards, an official spoke word of thanks for such contributions while the relevant officials warmly encouraged them and attended to the needs, it is reported.
