The final soccer match of all universities under the Ministry of Science and Technology and the prize presentation ceremony was held in the Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw on 7 April and Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing enjoyed the match and presented the championship cup to the winner at the prize presentation ceremony.
Also present at the ceremony were Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo and members of the SAC, Union Ministers, Union level officials, the Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council, senior officers, the commander of the Nay Pyi Taw Command, Deputy Ministers, rectors and professors from universities under the Ministry of Science and Technology in respective states and regions, managers, coaches and athletes of soccer teams, officials and staff of the ministry, officials from the Myanmar Football Federation and sports fan.
During the final match, being the finalists of the championship, team (a) of universities of computer science (Lower Myanmar) and team (a) of technological universities (Upper Myanmar) played relentlessly. Then, the prize presentation ceremony was held and the best player prizes and the fourth prize winning team, the third prize winning team, the second prize winning team and the first prize team were presented by union ministers and members of the SAC.
Then, the Senior General presented cash rewards and the championship cup to team (a) of technological universities (Upper Myanmar) and greeted the players warmly, it is reported.
