  • There are many factors for the developments of a region, particularly the food security. Narga region is a mountainous area having certain difficulties to expend agricultural lands in acres. Therefore, besides efforts to increase the yields of paddy, Konjac plantations that is profitable in the region can be encouraged and promoted.
  • Efforts should be made to produce tea and coffee as the major products of the Narga region. Moreover, it is also required to take measures to increase the number of local products by cultivating oranges and other crops.
  • Good health is primarily required to do works, and continue education. When the Senior General arrived the Naga traditional new year festival in 2015 together with the then President U Thein Sein, he was aware of the requirements of health staff. Therefore, military medical medics were sent and assigned duties to serve at station hospitals and clinics in transport-poor far-flung corners of Naga Self-Administered Zone, Chin State and Sagaing Region.

  • In 2020 multiparty general elections, electoral frauds and irregularities broke out and the Tatmadaw repeatedly complained the then government to solve the issue. However, as the responsible persons from the then government failed to solve the issue as per legal rules, the Tatmadaw had to assume the State’s responsibilities by declaring the state of emergency.
  • During that time, the supporters of NLD party staged riotous protests to disrupt the State’s peace and stability. The Tatmadaw assumed the State’s responsibilities as per prescribed laws. Similarly, also at present, the measures for the national development are being taken as par laws.
  • Plans are underway to increase the generation of electric power in Lahe area and initiate wind-power generation in Lashi area. Moreover, efforts are made to generate electric power in Nanyun area.
  • As the requirements for agricultural, livestock and manufacturing businesses will be fulfilled by the State, efforts are essentially required to improve all of the businesses.
