Union Minister Dr. Nyunt Phay Receives Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology of Russian Federation

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Phay received Deputy Minister Ms Natalia A. Bocharova of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Russian Federation and party at the Naypyitaw State Academy in Nay Pyi Taw on 5 December.

At the meeting, they discussed matters relating to sending scholarship awardees to Russia for further studies, further cooperation in education and research and conducting Russian language teaching as well as the extension of courses to be offered at the Naypyitaw State Academy.
