On 20 November, PDF terrorists made a mine explosion to destroy Thayetchaung reinforced concrete bridge located on Shwe Kyin-Kyaukkyi road in Shwe Kyin township of Bago region. Due to the explosion, a part of the bridge floor (12 feet length and 25 feet width) collapsed, it is reported.
The terrorists of political extremism are destroying non-military targets of the State-owned and private-owned buildings, and private property. Moreover, they are setting mines and blowing up roads and bridges across the country for no reason. Since such motiveless attacks are causing transportation difficulties, the entire population is disgusted by the terrorists and their acts of terrorism.
Currently vehicles are unable to pass through the damaged bridge and authorities concerned are doing necessary repairs so that people can use the damaged bridge as soon as possible, it is reported.
