Measures taken to Increase Export Volume in Fiscal Year of 2022-2023

During the tenure of the State Administration Council, measures are being taken to increase export volume via border trade posts and regular trade routes. In this regard:

  • Within seven months of this fiscal year, from April to the end of October, US$ 60.99 million and THB 1,636.65 million were generated from exporting 99,185.65 tonnes of fish, prawn and other aquatic products.
  • In October of this fiscal year, 42 companies exported 163,188.7 tonnes of rice and broken rice in total, and 136,205.7 tonnes of rice and 26,983 tonnes of broken rice to 30 foreign countries. In comparison with the previous month, an excess of 69,397 tonnes of rice and broken rice export were made to foreign markets.

It is reported that efforts are being made to increase agro products, animal products, aquatic products, mineral products, forestry products, CMP products and other products to abroad.
