Brutal murdering cases happened in the nation as of 14 March 2021. Phyo Zeyar Thaw (aka) Maung Kyaw (aka) Ye Khe, Kyaw Min Yu (aka) Jimmy, Hla Myo Aung (aka) Ko Myo (aka) Wetgyi and Aung Thura Zaw (aka) Gatone (a) Thura gave directives, made arrangements, and committed conspiracies for brutal and inhumane terror acts including murders, leaving many innocent people killed. Hence, relevant military tribunals charged them for their cases under relevant sections of the Counter-Terrorism Law and the Penal Code and handed down the death sentence each to those four culprits. According to the relevant department, the punishment has been conducted under the prison’s procedures.
