Naval Vessel and Myanmar Coast Guard Vessel Rescue People from Fishing Boats Sinking in Myanmar Sea

It is reported that military personnel taking security measures at a Tatmadaw naval vessel rescued Kyar Paike fishing boat that was sinking in the Yangon River due to the engine breakdown on 14 July and military personnel from Myanmar Coast Guard vessel rescued a fishing boat that was also sinking in Myanmar sea of Thandwe on Rakhine state due to a damage in upper part of hull on 19 July.

It is reported that the military personnel gave necessary medical treatments and provided clothes and foods to the 22 crew members from the Kyar Paike fishing boat namely Ei Phyo Yadanar (3) that sank in Yangon River because of the the engine breakdown and five crew members from the fishing boat that sank in Myanmar sea of Thandwe.
