Under the guidance of the Chairman of the State Administration Council, the 33 top students who excelled in arts, science/arts and science at the Matriculation Exam 2022 with the highest marks in the whole of Myanmar, accompanied by teachers and officials, made an excursion to Thailand as follows:
- On 4 July, Myanmar Ambassador to Thailand U Chit Swe and officials explained the field trip in details and hosted lunch for them. Then, they visited the Emerald Buddha, Siam Ocean World, Madame Tussauds Museum, and Asiatique.
- On 5 July, they also visited Assumption University, Pattaya Beach, Pattaya floating market and mountain pagodas. Then, they went to Baiyoke Tower for sunset in Bangkok.
In honour of the outstanding students, the Ministry of Education, following the guidance of the Chairman of the State Administration Council, arranged the trip to enable the students to have international experience and cultivate patriotism.
