The State Administration Council Government is making all-round efforts for the development of multi-sector including the areas of economic, social, education and health. Moreover, security force members are discharging their security duties round the clock to ensure the peaceful living of all national people across the Union. The State is endeavoring to build up the integrated unity and solidarity of ethnic brethren while emphasizing the efforts to achieve the perpetual peace.
Moreover, with the intent to ensure no unnecessary loss of human resources, announcements have been released to invite the Basic Education staff and also those from armed groups under various names including PDF who want to return to legal fold and the returnees have been systematically accepted.
It is observed that some CDM staff, students and the youths reached in the areas of some Ethnic Armed Organizations - EAOs and attended the training courses for shooting small arms and using explosives after they got persuaded, instigated and intimidated by terrorist groups CRPH and NUG to commit acts of terrorism leading to the utter devastation of the country.
It is also reported that some of them, who took such training courses, are now on the run hiding and working in some areas of the country and abroad because they do not want to participate in the acts of terrorism. They reportedly want to return to the legal fold after witnessing the acts of terrorism committed by the so-called NUG terrorist group and its affiliate PDFs; starting to trust the Five-Point roadmap and the utmost efforts of the State Government towards the perpetual peace; and also willing to reunite with their family members and relatives. According to their own accounts, they are not able to return to the legal fold due to the coercion and threats of the CRPH and NUG terrorist groups.
