Necessary Assistance Provided to Local Ethnic People who are Returning to their Villages After Fleeing to Safe Havens due to Violent Acts of PDF Terrorists

 

A total of 28 locals including one man, 18 women and 9 children of 16 households from Paeyintaung village, Nankone village tract, Ywar Ngan township of Shan state returned to their respective homes on 9 May after fleeing to safe havens due to the violent acts of PDF terrorists.

Commander of the Eastern Command and departmental officials reportedly welcomed and provided necessary assistance to the local ethnic people returning to their village. Moreover, regional military medical unit also conducted necessary check-ups to the returnees.
