Healthcare Services Provided to Locals in Shwelaung Village and Surrounding Villages of Wakema Township

 

The Tatmadaw mobile medical team from South Western Command conducted necessary healthcare services to local people in Shwelaung village and surrounding villages of Wakema Township in Ayeyawady Region, at Basic Education Primary School in Shwelaung village on 10 and 11 May.

In doing so, the Tatmadaw mobile medical team provided medical services to 12 Buddhist monks, two nuns, and 681 locals regarding the surgical diseases, Diabetic hypoglycemia, orthopedic and tendinous diseases, eyes and dental diseases, childhood diseases and general diseases. Then the medical team arranged to go local military hospital for those who are being required to receive medical treatments at the hospital, and vaccinated Buddhist monks and locals who are remaining to vaccinate against COVID-19.

The Commander of South Western Command and officials inspected the healthcare services and fulfilled their requirements. Then they offered rice and donated offertories to Sayadaw of Pyinnyatagon Pariyatti Sartintaik.
