Seagoing Mobile Hospital Vessel left Port Thilawa to Provide Healthcare Services to the People at Cocokyun township and Taninthayi Coastal Region

 

Seagoing Mobile Hospital Vessel (Thanlwin) with medical specialists, medics and nurses onboard left No. (4) Naval Jetty at Port Thilawa on 2 May to provide healthcare services to the people at Cocokyun township of Yangon region and coastal areas of Taninthayi region. The officers, other ranks and family members of Myanmar Navy saw off the vessel at the port.

          It is reported that Seagoing Mobile Hospital Vessel (Thanlwin) will provide healthcare services in surgical operations, gynecological disease, paediatric diseases, orthopedic diseases, eye diseases, ENT diseases, dental and oral diseases, general diseases. Moreover, other healthcare services such as X-Ray and Ultrasound diagnoses and treatments will also be carried onboard.
