The State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has issued the Order No (32/2022), (33/2022), (34/2022), (35/2022), (36/2022), (37/2022), (38/2022) and (39/2022) under the Section 419 of the Constitution on 2 May 2022. According to the orders:
- The State Administration Council has granted the retirement of the Union Minister U Aung Than Oo of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy from his duties.
- The State Administration Council has reconstituted the Ministry of Electricity and Energy as the Ministry of Electric Power and the Ministry of Energy.
- The State Administration Council has appointed and assigned U Thaung Han to the duties of Union Minister of the Ministry of Electric Power and has concurrently assigned him the responsibilities of Union Minister of the Ministry of Energy.
- The State Administration Council has appointed and assigned Deputy Minister U Min Min Oo of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation as a Member of the Union Election Commission.
- The State Administration Council has reassigned Lt-Gen Than Hlaing appointed as Deputy Minister for Home Affairs, concurrently assigned the duty to him as the Chief of Myanmar Police Force, to discharge the original military duties.
- The State Administration Council has appointed and assigned Major-General Zin Min Htet to the duties of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs and concurrently assigned him the duties of Chief of Myanmar Police Force.
- The State Administration Council has transferred and appointed Deputy Minister U Tun Ohn for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
It is reported that the State Administration Council has appointed and assigned Dr Moe Zaw Tun to the duties of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, U Min Thu to the duties of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, Dr Aung Zeya to the duties of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Electric Power and U Thant Sin to the duties of Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Energy.
- The State Administration Council has reconstituted a Union Ministry, and appointed and assigned Union Ministers and Deputy Ministers according to the Order No (32/2022), (33/2022), (34/2022), (35/2022), (36/2022), (37/2022), (38/2022) and (39/2022) under the Section 419 of the Constitution.
