· As the expenses for all the aids for State service personnel come from the taxes paid by the people including them, they must be loyal to the State and people.

· Tatmadaw is temporarily assuming the State duties under the emergency provisions in accord with the 2008 Constitution to steer the multi-party democracy system correctly. There may be hardships as the State stability and the rule of law are the priority issues. So, they must make relentless efforts in the interest of the State and people.

· The scope of national security extends from political, economic and social fields to patriotism and national sovereignty. So, there is no place for any careless action. Tatmadaw members must be fit to shoulder gigantic tasks.

· In this regard, efforts must be made in all seriousness to fulfill administrative and welfare measures of Tatmadaw families for all the soldiers to serve their duties without any worries.

· They all have to build mutual trust and understanding to supervise associates with goodwill. When they arrive back in relevant battalions and units, they must be the leaders who are skillful in military science and administrative affairs and who can shoulder any kind of duty.
