Eight perpetrators of Su Wai Hnin, Su Myat Thwe, Khine Min Tun (aka) Nay Min, Nyan Hein Htet (aka) Ko Htet (aka) Yone Lay, Pyae Phyo Thu (aka) Ko Sia (aka) Sai Thu, Ye Yint Phyo (aka) Peter Po, Wai Moe Naing (aka) Win Lwin Oo and Than Zaw (aka) Wa Tote (aka) Kyaung Sayar living in North Okkalapa, Dawbon and Insein townships of Yangon region were adjudicated by Military Tribunal in the townships under Martial Law order on 30 March 2022 and sentenced to ‘death penalty’ under the Section 54 of Counter Terrorism Law for shooting the owner of ‘WI Fi’ car service to death which is located in ward (H) of North Okkalapa township; committing terrorist offences to jeopardize public security as members of affiliated with organizations declared as Terrorist Organizations by the State; launching bomb attacks on North Okkalapa Myoma Police Station, public places, security posts, banks, State-owned buildings; and shooting at security forces members.
It is reported that 23 types of crimes adjudicated by Military Tribunal in the townships under Martial Law order to be has been released as an appendix and effective and prompt legal actions have been taken against those who committed the crimes.
