Myanmar Discusses on Expanding Beneficial Cooperation including Energy and Trade Sectors with Saudi Arabia

U Wunna Maung Lwin, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 18 March.  During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the strengthening of existing bilateral relations between Myanmar and Saudi Arabia, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation including energy and trade sectors, and cooperation in the international arena.

 U Ko Ko Hlaing, Union Minister for International Cooperation received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 18 March. During the call, the Union minister briefed on the discussions between Myanmar and Bangladesh regarding the repatriation of displaced persons from Rakhine State. They cordially exchanged views on the importance of religious harmony, expanding bilateral cooperation, particularly in trade, investment and energy sectors.
