Granting Household Lists and Citizenship Scrutiny Cards to Citizens under Pankhin Project Continue

The State Administration Council has implemented the Pankhin Project since 3 May 2021. Under the project, measures are being taken to issue citizenship identification cards for over 3.8 million people.

          Granting household lists and relevant citizenship scrutiny cards under Pankhin project in respective regions/states from 3 May 2021 to 4 March 2022 are as follows–

Under the Pankhin project for respective regions and states, a total of 387,723 household lists and a total of 3,091,822 CSCs (holding cards) have been granted to people. The Union Territory Area (Nay Pyi Taw) has been a third region of completing in excess of full percent of project in its area in March 2022. The officials granted one-step promotion to departmental personnel from the region and put on insignia to them.

The Pankhin project is a vital action plan for the future of the State as well as being a chance to receive a document essentially needed for the socio-economic activities of every individual citizen. A public announcement was issued that citizens must be inspected by showing their legally issued Citizenship Scrutiny Card (CSC) on their ways of journey, at the guest houses and the businesses in which the CSCs must be shown, starting from 6 AM on 1 April 2022.
