CRPH and NUG, which were declared terrorist groups, their subordinates and colluded groups and persons are intentionally making incitements, propaganda and threats to destroy the stability of the State and administrative machinery with the public fear using various ways.
The entire population has already been informed via State-run media on 25 January that if the people follow and make their incitements and propaganda without understanding or by fear or by sounds or by manners or by any means, they will be taken action under relevant laws.
Legal actions were taken under the law against those who made incitements to disruption of State stability and propaganda via social media, ignoring the statement. Total cases were as follows:
- On 2 February, five from Yangon region and two from Magway region, totaling seven were taken legal actions. From 27 January to 2 February, legal actions were taken against a total of 108 people under the law.
It is reported that necessary actions will be continued against the instigators and unscrupulous persons making propaganda.
