Union Minister Dr. Nyunt Pe Attends 7th ASEAN+3 Meeting and 7th East Asia Education Ministers’ Summit

The Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe attended the 7th ASEAN Plus Three Meeting and 7th East Asia Education Ministers’ Summit, held at Buriram Chang Arena in Thailand on 26 August.

During the meetings, they discussed the digital education system in China, Japan, and Korea, and further cooperation in education. They also approved each joint declaration at the two meetings.

The representatives from ASEAN plus three (China, Japan, and Korea), the representatives from dialogue countries of East Asia such as Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Korea, Russia and the US attended the meetings. They then observed the educational booths displayed at the event, it is reported.
