State Administration Council Member Dr. Hmu Thang, together with Chin State Chief Minister Dr. Wong Hsum Htan and the state government ministers met the district/ township-level departmental personnel, ward administrators, town elders, and business people at Paletwa and Tedim townships and also met with the department officials who will serve their duties at the townships in the Chin state.
- On 12 September, the SAC member met with district/ township-level departmental personnel, ward administrators, town elders, and business people at the Kimo hall of the Platwa township administration office and presented them with gifts.
- On 14 September, he also met with the department officials who will serve their duties at the townships in the Chin state at the hall of a local Regional Operations Command.
- On 15 September, SAC member Dr. Hmu Thang met Chin state government officials, state/ district/ township departmental officials, town elders and social association members at Chin State General Administration Department in Haka. The SAC member and officials presented quality seeds of crops for 2023-2024 winter and pearl fertilizer to local farmers.
- On 16 September, SAC member Dr. Hmu Thang met with departmental personnel and town elders at the hall of the local battalion in Falam and Tiddim townships. The SAC member and officials presented quality seeds of wheat and sunflower and fertilizer to local farmers.
During the meeting, the town elders reported the need for regional development, and the officials from the respective ministerial departments explained to them the plans to fulfil their needs, it is reported.
