Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo, currently in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in People’s Republic of China to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo and the 20th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, met Mr. Lan Tianli, Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, at the Nanning Lixin Guest House, on 14 September.
During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the promotion of trade with Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, measures to participate in the China-ASEAN Expo annually and promote the trades with not only China and other ASEAN countries, export of fruits from Myanmar into the fruits market in Guangxi Region, cooperation in traditional medicines with Myanmar and distribution of advanced technologies in agricultural sector and cooperation in tourism sector.
