KKO (Splinter Group) and PDF Terrorists Torch Residential Houses in Ward (7) of Kawkareik Township

On 26 and 27 December, KKO (Splinter Group) and PDF terrorists committed arson attack on residential houses in ward (7) of Kawkareik Township in Kayin state. 16 houses were burned to the ground due to the arson attacks.

Political extremists of PDF terrorists regard wards and villages where people live as military targets. So, they often blow up and torch wards and villages without consideration of lives and properties of the civilians.

Locals are condemning the terrorists who wantonly torch the residential houses and security forces are taking necessary measure, it is reported.
